BNC encourages you to contact your city council member and demand that all property owners and renters be notified of the proposed changes. We need to see drawings that compare what is currently allowed to the maximum build-out scenario under the proposed zoning BEFORE the city council takes it up for a vote. The city should consider other ways to encourage missing middle housing WITHOUT changing existing zoning.
