South Shattuck Neighbors is the neighborhood group organized to monitor, inform the neighbors about, and give input on the development projects proposed along Shattuck Avenue from Ward St to the Oakland border.

Did you know that there are 6 mixed-use, 7-10 story buildings being proposed in the 4 blocks between Stuart St and Emerson Street? Neighbors filed an appeal about 3000 Shattuck to the Zoning Adjustments Board in 2023 and it is now scheduled to be heard at the March 25, 2025 City Council meeting.
